Deployment and Data Processing
The Codex Catalog is deployed as an Azure Managed Application within the customer’s own Microsoft Azure tenant.
All operational data processed by the application remains fully within the customer’s tenant.
Nova Silva B.V. has no access to any customer data stored, processed, or managed by the Codex Catalog.
Personal Data We Process
The only personal data we collect and process are those necessary to establish and maintain a contractual relationship with our customers. This includes:
- Organization name
- Contact person’s name
- Contact email address
We do not process any data from within the Codex Catalog environment itself.
Purpose and Legal Basis
We process the above personal data solely for the following purposes:
- Contract creation and administration
- Communication regarding licensing, support, and updates
- Billing and invoicing
Processing is based on the performance of a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interests in maintaining customer relationships (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Data Retention
We retain customer contact information only for as long as necessary to fulfill contractual obligations and comply with applicable legal requirements.

We do not share, sell, or transfer any personal data to third parties except as required by law or with explicit customer consent.
All data related to the Codex Catalog remains within the customer’s own Azure environment and under their full control.
